Abstract

The graduation project in the banking hall on the basis of existing business, in view of the concept of self-service banks and its unique characteristics. NET + SQL technology, the development of the banking hall of a simple self-help information systems, to complete a number of self-help bank's business needs information such as account inquiries, account report of loss, self-pay, post, press inquiries and other functions.
In this paper, from the analysis of the current development of e-banking approach, the specific study in depth the current needs of the bank's customer self-service, detailed description of the structure of the system design, back-end database design, system design, the effect of the final system testing, the objective of the whole system summarized and made revisions.

1 引言
网上银行登录查询系统就是将信息技术、互联网与传统银行三要素融为一体，为客户提供综合、统一、实时金融服务的银行形态。它借助现代化的自助服务设备，为客户提供方便、高效的多种金融服务，属于银行柜台业务处理电子化与自动化的一部分。
由于经济快速发展，贸易联系日渐紧密，人类生活节奏不断提高，对金融系统业务要求也与日俱增，传统银行的电子辅助系统的一些劣势突显出来了。传统的ATM或POS机虽然实现了银行一些业务，但其查询功能比较单一，与系统的交互性不够，操作不够人性化，更新系统麻烦等缺点限制了其发展，银行系统需要一种具有多方面优点的辅助系统来提升服务水平。
自助银行发展之所以能够如此迅速，正是由于它具有其他银行辅助系统所不可比拟的优势。其优势归结起来大体上有三点：
(1)自助银行可以极大地降低经营服务成本，创造巨大的利润空间。
(2)自助银行由于只在银行大厅运行，属于内部运行，安全性高。
(3)由于自助银行业务运作完全电子化，所以节省银行和客户的人力资源，减少资金损失同时，也极大的提高了银行的自动化水平和银行的服务水平。
自助银行概念的引入，使银行在经营理念、经营方式、经营手段、服务水平等方面跃上一个新的台阶。因此，利用高新技术，引入"金融超市"迅速占领市场，降低经营成本，对银行具有战略性意义。
未来自助银行在接受更多用户的青睐的同时面临更多的问题，银行安全性将进一步加强；为了形成产业经营模式，自助银行的网点数量必将大大增加；自助银行将利用新的技术，改变现有运营模式单一的缺点。
