摘要
银行储蓄管理系统是现代经济生活中的重要组成部分，该系统主要通过前台应用程序的开发及后台数据库的建立与维护两个方面来进行系统设计。前台编程采用了可视化编程语言Visual Basic6.0，后台设计采用了Access 数据库，在整个系统数据库的建立和维护方面保持了数据的一致性、完整性与安全性。
本文着重介绍了该系统的功能与具体实现过程，其功能主要包括：用户开户、存款、取款、销户、灵活打印账单、用户修改密码等功能。该系统适用的对象是银行营业员，营业员相当于管理员，当储户需要完成一定操作时，可以通过营业员操作该系统来完成一定的功能。

The bank saves to manage system is development and backstage database that modern economic living inside of the importance constitutes the part, that system passes primarily the stage applies the procedure establish with support two aspects to proceed the system design.The stage plait distance adopteds and can see to turn to weave the distance language Visual Basic6.0, the backstage design adopted the database of Access, keeping in the aspects of whole system database establishing with support the consistency, complete of the data and safety.
This text emphasizes the function that introduced that system with realizes in a specific way process, its function includes primarily:The customer opens an account, deposit, withdraws money, delete a account, vivid print the single, customer modification password etc. The object that the system apply is a bank business member, equal to managing person in business member, be to keep When a demand completes the certain operation, can pass the business member operate that system to complete certain function.

随着计算机应用范围的不断扩大，其优异的性能已逐渐被人们所接受，在社会经济不断提高的环境下，计算机技术进行的各种管理给人们带来了很大的方便。随着市场经济的不断发展，人民的生活也越来越富裕，所以人们需要银行能够给用户提供方便的业务操作，比如：能够开户、销户、查询余额等。因此，银行储蓄管理系统已经成为当今必不可少的组成部分。
银行储蓄管理系统的开发过程包括前台应用程序的设计和后台数据库的建立与维护两个方面的内容；在应用程序开发过程中详细介绍了该系统所实现的开户、存款、取款、查询、消户等主要功能，并着重介绍了上述各个功能模块的建立与生成；在数据库的建立和维护中主要介绍系统数据库的建立与更新，并要求做到系统管理数据的一致性，完整性和安全性。
本系统为一个小型的存储管理系统，而可视化编程语言Visual Basic6.0的优点则是最易进行小型系统的开发和强大的数据库存取能力，并能够直接支持Access 数据库，所以在本文的系统设计过程中前台采用了Visual Basic6.0，后台采用了Visual Basic6.0能够直接支持的Access 数据库。两者相结合完成了整个系统的开发。
