摘 要
在科技飞速发展、知识日新月异的今天，在这种知识经济及信息"高速公路"快速发展的背景下，一套完整的、科学地协助企事业单位用人部门招聘、培训、使用、激励、考核、调整等功能的人事管理软件成为企业必备，它带给企业的是一套电子时代全新理念的人事管理系统。
企业人事管理系统使用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0开发环境，以Access 2000作为后台数据库引擎。作为计算机应用的一部分，使用计算机对人事信息进行管理的系统，是一个公司管理及合理分配每个人员，使其发挥其自身最大价值的根本软件。人事管理系统有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如：检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高人事管理的效率，也是企业的科学化、正规化管理，与世界接轨的重要条件。用计算机管理人事档案，不但节省人力，提高工作效率，加速人事信息的流通，而且用计算机自动管理人事信息是对代发展的必然趋势。

Human engineering system of the function become the business enterprise essential , it is a set of personnel management system of principle that bring to a new electronics ages for business enterprise.

AS a part of computer application , the system of using computer to manage individual information , is a software that a company can manage and distribute every people and maximize its utility . The human engineer system has the merit that other handling management can’t compare with . For example , instant and convenient research , high depend ability , large storage , long life-span , low cost and so on . These merits can greatly enhance the efficiency of company , also it is a important element to run a company scientifically and normally .
