摘 要
随着计算机网络的飞速发展，Internet技术越来越广泛的应用，近年来，随着我国信息产业的飞速发展，计算机的开发应用已渗透到各个领域，而且日趋普及，销售管理是企业管理的一个重要管理环节，它的特点是信息量大，要求信息反馈迅速，对企业经济效益能够产生直接的影响。同时，它与它的其他管理环节如库存管理，销售账务管理等关系十分密切。随着业务量的不断增大，内部人员的增加，靠以往的手工管理方式进行管理，已不能适应企业的发展。这就迫切需要一个能紧密配合企业进行数据管理，决策分析的先进管理方式．把一些科学管理的技术及管理方式融人到电脑企业销售管理中，才能提高工作效率和企业的管理水平，使企业能够随着市场的动态变化而随时调整自身的销售业务流程，在瞬息万变的市场竞争巾脱颖而出。信息化管理无疑是最有效的管理手段之一。本设计主要根据实际需求，划分了系统基本信息管理、商品销售管、查询等管理，并使用C＃语言和 SQL Server 2000数据库，采用B/S模式实现了客户来访、报价、订购等多个环节数据的跟踪管理服务，基本上满足了电脑商品销售管理流程的功能需求。销售管理系统不但能使各业务环节协调一致，而且操作简单，账目清晰。通过账目查询，公司能在最短的时间内获得市场信息，从而制订相应的决策。

Abstract

With the increasing volume of business, internal staff increase, rely on traditional management methods to manage, already can not adapt to the development of enterprises. It is an urgent need to work closely with the enterprise data management, decision making analysis of the advanced management methods. Some scientific management technology and management into the enterprise sales management, in order to improve the work efficiency and the management level of enterprises, so that enterprises can as the market changes and adjust their business processes vary from minute to minute, in market competition towel talent showing itself. Information management is the most effective management means one. This design mainly according to the actual demand, divide the system of basic information management, merchandise sales, query management, and the use of C language and SQL Server 2000 database, using B / S mode to realize customer visit, quotes, orders and other multiple link data tracking management service, basically meet the sales management process functional requirements. Sales management system not only helps the business with coordinated, and the operation is simple, accounts clear. The account inquiries, the company can in the shortest possible time access to market information, so as to work out correct decision.

电脑销售管理系统是典型的信息管理系统，它的出现为推进家电公司及各电脑销售商场管理的自动化、无纸化具有积极的意义。如果在交易过程中的所有环节实行电脑管理，便可以大大降低由于手工管理带来的问题。首先，对于我们开发者来说，本课题能够锻炼我们在面对一个具体的项目时，遇到问题，分析问题，解决问题的能力；获得独立策划、实施课题，并按照既定计划进行开发的经验，以及查找相关文献的能力。通过小组共同的努力使得对于.NET语言和制作系统有一个全面的、深刻的认识。为以后研发工作打下坚实的基础，积累宝贵的经验。
其次，对于企业来说。要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，除了加强企业管理，降低生产成本之外，必须加强销售和销售管理。因此，开发和应用销售管理系统，就显得尤为重要，一方面可以实现销售过程中信息管理的现代化，使管理层可以及时、准确地掌握销售过程中各个环节的具体情况，跟踪市场需求变化，为管理层进行决策提供及时、准确的信息依据。另一方面改变了传统手工操作方式速度慢、手续复杂、核算费时费力容易发生错误的现象，可以有效地杜绝假单、假票，从而避免由于信息的不准确、不及时可能造成的损失。
