摘 要
随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展，Internet/Intranet应用在全球范围内日益普及，当今社会正快速向信息化社会前进，信息自动化的作用也越来越大。从而使我们从繁杂的事务中解放出来，提高了我们的工作效率。
目前学校图书馆的借阅工作部分还是手工管理，工作效率很低，并且不能及时了解图书的种类和学生们比较需求的图书等，不能更好的适应当前学生的借阅要求。手工管理还存在这许多弊端,由于不可避免的人为因素,造成数据的遗漏、误报。计算机信息化管理有着储存量大，速度快等许多优点，提供给我们的处理信息及时快捷，因此我们利用计算机提供给我们的信息对学生们的借阅过程形成一整套动态的管理，经过对多个开发软件及数据库软件的优越性进行评估之后,最终选择用ASP和Access 2000开发一个C/S结构的图书馆管理系统。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the computer and the network technology, the Internet/Intranet application popularizes in the global scope day by day.Now the society is rapid changing to information one, and the effect of information automation also becomes important more and more, and it causes us to liberate from the numerous and diverse business, improves our working efficiency.The computer information management has many merits such as the big storage capacity, the quick speed and so on, it provides us prompt and quickly information processing. therefore, we makde a dynamic management process aiming at borrowing of books of the library, using information provided by computer, and finally developed a C/S structure of the library management system by Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2000 after the appraisal of superiority of many development software and the database software, which was better in the person of the simple development way of the window and applied by the formidable function of the visible structural design. Chooses finally with ASP and Access 2000 develops a C/S structure the library management system

第一章 绪 论
管理现代化，办公自动化和决策科学化，是现代化办公管理发展的必然趁势。近年来，随着图书馆规模的不断扩大，图书数量也相应的增加，有关图书的各种信息量也成倍增加，面对着庞大的信息量，传统的人工方式管理会导致图书馆管理上的混乱，人力与物力过多浪费，图书馆管理费用的增加，从而使图书馆的负担过重，影响整个图书馆的运作和控制管理，因此，必须制定一套合理、有效，规范和实用的图书管理系统，对图书资料进行集中统一的管理。图书管理比较烦琐，复杂，产生的文档比较多，并且由于手工的操作，使这些文档无法有效地核对和管理，在汇总以及分析方面更加困难。因此，迫切需要计算机技术来辅助管理。
